Request: Players with the perm exp.double get double exp (as in the stuff you get from killing mobs)

Filled, wasn't quite completely sure what you meant by "(as in the stuff you get from killing mobs)".
Not sure if you only wanted the XP from mobs to be * 2. Nevertheless, plugin is universal and looks at the changes made to the bar

Ehh, some of my reply didn't go through.. "changes made to the bar (PlayerExpChangeEvent) and multiplies that by 2. "*2".
