XenForo ban links

What I want:
I want a plugin that will connect in game bans to an XenForo addon.
I would like an icon on the end (http://prnt.sc/ckbk6v) in a sertain section(s) of a forum, you can edit this in the config or thing on XenForo. I would like it so it has a little button and once you clicked on it it will come up with a box that says 'Please type the players username to unban them:' and a box would be underneath, once you clicked ok it will run the command /unban {player name} and it will be saved in a log file in the plugin files. I don't know what else to say...

Ideas for commands:
Maybe /xenforo check (See's if the website is connected?)

Ideas for permissions:
xenforo.check.admin.idk.lol.challenge.myass
