WOW Titles Plugin

Hello guys,
I am looking for a plugin with which I could allow players to purchase "titles" or gain "titles" by completing certain achievements. I am running a PvP server and would like to give my players the ability to spend in game money earned by killing other players on cool titles that would be displayed as their suffix. I don't want the titles to give the players any advantages. I would like them to be purely cosmetic. Any idea if such a plugin exists? As I could not find any after an hour of searching. Would anyone be interested in coding it?
