Would a standalone economy plugin work?

    What I mean is, would an economy plugin that doesn't depend on Vault or Register but has everything in it - from command/sign/gui (Spout) shops, banks, currency, etc.

    Would it work?

    Most economy plugins are standalone, Just vault is used to help plugin devs connect to whatever economy plugin that the server could be using. Its just so they don't haft to put a lot of code into detecting what economy plugin the server has.
