   Hello i have this rank called ultimate and we wan't so only the rank can get into the ultimate room we also have 2 other ranks room and it works fine with the /rg flag entry deny so only that group can walk into that room but when i tried to do it with the ultimate room it won't work
   
   so can someone help me to fix the problem

   Double check your region setup and flags. (Look ok? regions arent overlapping or child/parent etc)
   Double check your permissions and Ultimate rank. (post your file perhaps so we can have a look)
   Do you get any console errors when dealing with that rank?
   If you have the others working but this one won't it must be a simple issue.
   Since you provide little info there is not much else I can say.
