   So on my server I have a market place. I want people with the rank [default] to not have access to this arena. I would like people with the rank [Townsman] to have access to the market and be able to shop (ie interact with containers since we are using a diamond economy and not chestshop) but not have build permissions. I would then like a final rank [Merchant] to be able to build their own shops in the market.
   
   As far as I can tell I can only achieve what I want for Default and Merchant but not Townsman since WorldGuard doesn't support per-group permissions (from what I can tell.)
   
   is there any way to make this work?
