Problem/Bug WorldGuard doesn't want to start.

    So, this is whats happening. I found out that I needed to update WorldGuard. So I did. Then, I got this error: http://pastebin.com/q80sq2yP. Then, thinking the build is broken, I decided to downgrade back to 6.0 beta. When I try to transfer it to my FTP server, I get "Could not transfer 'WorldGuard.jar' to FTP server."

    Any ideas? Thanks for reading! Hope you can help!
