[WorldGuard] Disable certain permissions.

In my creative aspect of my server, I dont want players using their //wand in the spawn, but I tried to disable the command //pos1 etc per region which didnt work. I also tried disabling //wand. I was thinking getting rid of the permission `Set position 1` would fix it, but i dont know how to disable permissions.
