WorldGuard Custom RG info

Suggested name: CustomWorldGuard

What I want: I'd like to see a plugin that uses an custom /rg info, i want my users to see the region owner + name when typing /plotinfo

This is needed for my server, a lot of people were requesting custom WorldGuard language files, but there are none, the developer aint responding, and whilst is was trying to code something using the Open Source Github files, i could't find the stuff i needed.
Ideas for commands: /plotinfo or /plot info

Ideas for permissions: CustomWG.plotinfo
