   Hi. I started a server and i was wondering how can i make a snow fall in my selected area( region ) " The spawn area" If i cant make snow fall with World Guard then tell me a plugin with that function
   And How can i disable /plugins comand so the other players cant see it.
   
   P.s - sorry for my bad english and i hope that someone will help me

   Perhaps use WorldEdit to change the biome to one that has snow? //setbiome
