Solved Worldedit and Worldguard, both messed up.

Okay so the problem that I am having is that whenever I try to use my //wand, I choose an area, then I try something like //set wood or //replace 0 10 but nothing works except using the item id: 0 (Which btw, is air) So I guess here is the pastebin, I really don't know what's going on.
