"World-Binding" Plugin?

    What plugin(s) allow you to "bind" seperate world folders in your server's directory? As in, access another world via Nether portal w/ sign and button. I know the plugin exists, but what is the name?

    Any help is appriciated. Thanks! :D

    there are a few different plugins
    the most noteable being multiverse and multiverse-portals
