I am using world edit to create a long minecart track. I built a small section of track, which consists of 2 tracks with 1 block between them. There are evenly spaced Powered Rails with a single Redstone Torch between them (to power both). Here's the problem: When I stack this track segment (example command: //stack 10 me), one side of the track will not be powered. If I manually remove a Redstone Torch and manually replace it, both rails will function properly. In another test, I only stacked the Rail segments, and then I stacked the Redstone Torches separately. This time, neither side was powered. Has anyone seen this behavior or know how to fix it (without manually updating hundreds of torches)? Thank you. Here is a screenshot of the problem. EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
That is not the proper practice. Don't bother the hard-working-devs until you know at least one person has tried to solve this, it's just going to be stressful for them, and if it isn't throwing errors, then it isn't exactly the dev's first priority to fix.
Tip for future perhaps. When you already using copy/paste method, try to do like this: pressure track - red stone powered track - pressure track Im using it to power rails and its better than torch anyways. cheers!
