[WIP][MECH] Torches Go Out/Dim During the Rain

Not sure if anyone has tackled this yet, but I have been working on a mod that will change uncovered torches into lit redstone torches during the rain, and then change them back once it stops raining.

Features:

• Heavily customizable
  • Change everything about how quickly the plugin changes torches
• High Performance
  • Checking thousands of blocks at once? No problem. Barely a dent in server activity

Which is partly why I started this thread. Does anyone have any recommendations for any features they would like to see? As I'm still building the threading framework (weeee) now is the perfect time for me to integrate more features.

Yes, multi-threaded staggered black magic . I'll upload a video in a bit to showcase how it works.
