[WIP] iCoin - simple economy

I noticed that iConomy kinda disappeared and I noticed that it's packed with alot of stuff for such a trivial storage, so I decided to make my own simplier alternative... or hopefully, replacement.

So I called it iCoin :} all features that I have in mind:
- real numbers, no decimals, simple is better
- one currency with additional plural word, default "gold coin", "gold coins"
- simple API for plugins
- /coins and /money command that shows money with /pay to give someone money
- storage with SQLite or MySQL (default SQLite because it doesn't require anything...)

So, if you guys like the ideea and will use this in your plugins, I'll keep working on it and release it soon.

EDIT: oh, also, I will not vote in my own poll, it's obvious that I want this to work but the poll is to know what you guys think.

EDIT#2: It's kinda finished... at least the MySQL part because that works, SQLite is stubborn... if anyone that wants to test it out using MySQL, PM me :}
