[WIP] GPfactions - Grief Prevention addon

I am working on making an addon for the Grief Prevention plugin that would allow you to have factions. This plugin will work a lot like the original Factions plugin, but it will use Grief Prevention land claims so that faction members cannot grief each other. This will allow you to go to war with other factions and siege them. The main advantage to using this plugin will be the command blocking. You will be able to keep enemy players from teleporting into your land claims. They will also not be able to teleport out of your claim even if they are not in combat(this will be configurable).

If you guys have any suggestions for what I should add to the plugin let me know!
