[WIP][FUN] VoteSleep - Vote to sleep

Hello there.

I came up with a really great idea, that I thought I can make.
When it is night, some people want to sleep, some doesn't. Then we have to vote.
If it is like 60 on one side for sleep, and 40 on one side for not to sleep.
Then the players that doesn't want to sleep if the sleep side get more votes, will be kicked.

Featuers:

• Vote to sleep
• Get kicked if you don't want to sleep
• Start the vote with /votesleep or /vs
