[WIP][CHAT]xServerChat - Cross Server Communication

XServerChat (pronounced Cross Server Chat) is a plugin that links the chat of multiple servers together. It makes it so when someone chats on one server, all other servers connected to you through the xServerChat plugin will receive the messages too.

Still in development but so far test with three severs connected have worked perfectly.

Awesome! ill be uploading a new version later tonight or tomorrow that includes new features like notify when a player joins or leaves a server and some commands along with some bug fixes
