I noticed that my friend can't connect to my server, but my brothers can do so finely.
Any ways to fix the problem. I believe i port forwarded right, but feel free to post how its done (D-Link) so i can see if i did wrong.

Your W7 firewall probably allows local connections just fine, but remote connections are blocked - of course, I'm assuming you live with your brothers and the other people are try to connect from outside of your LAN.

Yup, with firewall of and Jave exception on.
What ip do i need to PForward? External or Internal?

    Click Start
Type Windows Firewall with Advanced Security in the search bar and open that
On the left click on Inbound Rules.
Now on the right tab Click add New Rule
Click Port, next, TCP, than type in your port (25565?), NEXT
Allow the connection, NEXT, all profiles, NEXT, name that shit

REPEAT WITH UDP ON THE SAME PORT THE SAME WAY.

If still nothing, create new rules in OUTBOUND Rules, the same way you did for inbound.

I think it is working now.
I used PCWINTECH's EasyPortForward tool after portforwarding and allowing ports in advanced Firewall rules like you said. Then i google searched for a Port Forward checker i had used earlier, and now it says its open. :)
