Why are so many plugins breaking in 1.4.5-R1 and 1.4.6 dev?

    if the plugins modify NMS, then they would start causing problems anyway with new minecraft updates. this commit prevents these once working, inactive plugins from one day turn into a bomb. also, once one plugin dies, theres another similar plugin right after it anyway.

    I have removed the posts about unofficial builds. Please do not distribute them on this community, as it confuses members who use them into thinking we will support them.

    Also, Wolvereness had the community interest at heart when creating this build. Please see the post in Community Announcements for more information. Basically, if your plugin breaks on 1.4.6, you would have needed to update it anyway, so this commit really didn't make a huge difference.
