When a new player comes on my server, they get a toolkit. I never set them to get this toolkit, that comes with stone tools.
I dont know which pluging is causing this (I think essentials but everyone says you have to type a command to get the kit for that) and I dont know how to stop it.
    Everyone should start with nothing

    • Badwords
    • CoreProtect
    • DisguiseCraft

Just search your plugins folder for the item ID or item name they get, no need to guess which plugin it is. The ID or name must be in a config file.

Replace the number 270 (for example) with the Minecraft Item ID you want. The 1 after each ID is the amount/quantity of the items for the starter kit.
Here's a full list of Minecraft item IDs: http://www.minecraftinfo.com/IDList.htm
You can search them by hitting Ctrl+F and then typing in the item name in the box.
