Solved When I log in to my Bukkit server, it says I have an 'Internal Server Error'

    Okay so, I heard about the new 1.4.6 update and got the CraftBukkit 1.4.6-R0.3. I don't know if this changed anything, but I did change the file download to CraftBukkit.jar. Then, I updated my Minecraft.exe, thinking I could log in. The message read, 'Disconnected by Server. Internal Server Error.' When I went to the cmd (command prompt) that my server was running on and typed in /who, it showed that I was logged on even though I wasn't. I really don't know what to do, but I tihnk I used to have 1.4.4 or 1.4.4 CraftBukkit before. I don't know if I should now downgrade the CraftBukkit back.
    If yes, can someone send me the link for the 1.4.4 or 1.4.5 CraftBukkit? Thank you :D
