Solved When i joined in my server

Hi i just bought a server today and i have set up all the plugins and perms already for my new server. When i join in my server i noticed that there was some other language when i joined.

Je hebt geen nieuwe berichten <----- This came out of no where. [Different Language]

And when i went to gamemode 1 or afk:

Zet spel modus creative voor [Owner]brandon_tran15 -Gamemode 1
[Owner]brandon_tran15 is nu afwezing -afk

I had all the perms and plugins server up before i bought the server. Heres the list of plugins i have for my server:

NoDrop, ColourMotd, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, AutoMessenger, CoreProtect, TagApi, Buycraft, XAdminSay, Vault, PvPToggle, PermissonsEx, LoginSecurity, CreeperControl, TheWalls, NametagEdit, uCars, Essentials, EssentialsSpawn, NameTags, ChestShop, EssentialsChat.

Please help me out with this i dont know where it came from. :/

Try talking to the customer support of your host. They should be able to sort this out.

Yep, for all you know your server could be German!
