What's This Plugin?

    Hey Everyone!

    I'm pretty new to the forums, so I'm not sure what forum I should put this on, so I just put it here.

    I've seen in numerous YouTube videos, as well as servers, random Notch characters in the server, which makes it look like he's there when he's not. I was wondering what plugin allows you to do this?

    Is there any way I can be able to spawn a mob just by their username on Minecraft?
