Whats this plugin!

I've seen it on a few servers, what is the plugin that makes /who or /playerlist show the players by rank instead of a straight list

Example of what i want
Admin : Blahblah, Blahblah
Moderator : Blahblah, Blahblah
Member : Blahblah, Blahblah

Example of current
Blahblah, Blahblah, Blahblah, Blahblah, Blahblah, Blahblah

Nothing, it should automaticly work.

thats my config, it shows [Owner] etherz10 in chat but thats not what im looking for

Try herochat, just set the prefix, and suffix ^_^
