Whats this PLUGIN called? :)

    Hello! I was wondering what the plugin is called that drops items underneath or on top of players heads or feet. The picture describes it better. But I see servers such as the Hive and thechunk use it to indicate who's VIP and such. Please reply ASAP if you have any info that can help! Thanks!

    Servers such as the hive and the chunk use custom plugins that are not available on this website. The closest you are going to get though would be something like hats or HatMe or party hats.
