Whats causing my server to crash? Really need HELP!?

Every time im logged into the server itll crash after a while. like everything will freeze up. Not like completely frozen but your still able to move but when you attack something it dont respond or if you look at a mob and other players they have completely stopped moving. And i cant do anything on the server panel it just sits there and after about 2 mins of complete frozen it disconnects everyone with end of stream and continues the server. It pisses me off that every 10-20 mins im on the server it crashes. so ive just been playing single player till i can fix this problem. I have teamviewer if you need remote access but idk how thats gonna help since it really doesnt say [SEVERE] or anything on my server. The server runs fine when im not online. I just wanna play with the other players and stuff.

1. What plugins do you have?
2. How much RAM have you given your server?
3. How big is your world (small, big, gigantic)
4. Have you tried using NoLagg or PTweaks?

 

Does ur server not have essentials and I would suggest a new perm plugin and a chat one cause everything is white and hard to follow

BKCommonLib v1.20, FirstJoinPlus-v1.3, CLearLag, NoLagg, AuthMe, mcjobs, MoneyShop, AntiCheat, ChestShop, LWC, MobDisguise, PermissionsBukkit-1.6, PlgSetSpawn, Spectate, iConomy, Factions, Citizens, Vault, WorldEdit, Courier, MobHealth, TheThuum, FastTravel, Foundboxx, spoutplugin-dev-SNAPSHOT, SurvivalArena alpha, ZavAutoMessager.
I know alot of plugins And I have no idea how to set RAM since i am a new server owner and my world I guess is infinite Cuz idk If there is a limit to my world. and I have not tried PTweaks

 

What does your bat file say? and is it a home server?

if you have 4+gb of ram on the computer, you could try doubling the max ram allowed by replacing...
Xmx1024M
with
Xmx2G

 

How do I know how much ram my computer has?

 

presuming your using windows xp, go to control panel, go to system, and it will say on there

OK now my server isnt working on the port. i go to canyouseeme.org and it doesnt work... does anyone have teamviewer who can help me out?
