So on my server, I have New York City, which has lots of small appartments, and such. So basically, I want to know if theres a plugin out there, where i can select the parameters of the region with worldedit, set the price, and place a sign, that once its right-clicked on, the appartment will be purchased, so what plugins can do this? At first I was going to use world guard and serversigns, and once it gets right clicked on, it would add that person as an owner, but then I thought, anybody can right-click it, because the sign would never disappear. Residence works just great. You can set the tool ID to be a wooden axe, I think the default is a wooden hoe. Use Residence and Residence Signs. Also, don't sign posts.
