What makes a server to a good server?

Hello, I saw on a official Server list many Servers, its like Million Servers. I make this thread that everyone can give his opinion, what a Server makes to a good Server. I know its a big question because there are many Server types, minigames,... but I think its interesting to know the opinion of the other peoples

Most important: I have fun on your server. Second: be original, I don't need the xth survival game server, expect it has some difference.

 

I would say to have some kind of player base (Unless its just starting) but you need to make sure there's always something for people to do. For example, minigames, factions etc. And make sure it doesn't lag, players hate lag
