   You need Votifier to "receive" the vote from the site, and then another plugin give the reward (XP, money, items, run commands, etc) and the very best plugin for that is GAListener (Give Anything Listener). Look it up. There's a free version that's a bit older, and there's a paid one on SpigotMC. The paid one is up to date and also supports UUIDs, so I'd suggest buying it, it's like $8 or something so pretty cheap and works great!
