Welcome with player count

I basically want a welcome message that has the player count feature.

This is a short and simple plugin, and it would be very useful to me.

There will be a config which lets you edit the welcoming message of the player first joining the server
and an option to use the player's name %PLAYER and his count number %COUNT

Here are a couple examples I found on 2 servers:

It is very important that the message is costumizable and colors aren't glitchy.

- Also it would be cool if you can make uni codes work but that isn't necessary and I can live without it.

If you know a plugin that does this, then please let me know.

This shouldn't be very hard, if you want just make a simple variable that is added 1 every time a new person joins.
