Weird server error, details in post

recently with the new build i've been getting this error, i included all of the text to show what plugins I have, and what version i'm running.

if it is some stupid error i apologize, but i'm relatively new to server hosting. If you know what's wrong if you could post it that would be awesome, please don't spam this post telling me you don't know what's wrong (or this: will happen) , though if you have the same error, feel free to as it might bring attention to this post and get a solution faster. wow, thanks, and here are your , but where does it say essentials? I just want to know so i can figure out what's wrong in the future.

I got the same problem, but essentials is at his latest version..
