   I would like a plugin which connects to factions, which displays a title on a player's screen for 1 second when a player enters a claimed area.
   
   When walking into safezone:
   Large text: &6Safezone
   Small text: &6Free from PVP & monsters
   
   Warzone:
   Large text: &4Warzone
   Small text: &4Not the safest place to be
   
   Wilderness:
   Large text: &2Wilderness
   Small text: &2Beware of foragers
   
   Faction:
   Colour depends on relationship between player and faction
   Enemy: &c
   Neutral: &f
   Ally: &5
   Truce: &d
   Faction You Are In: &a
   
   Large text: (Relationship Colour)(Faction Name)
   Small text: (Relationship Colour)(Faction Description)

   No, titles are 1.8 features. Bukkit never released 1.8
