Suggested name: WarpsPerWorld

What I want: I want this plugin to be able to set warps for 1 world (not visible for other worlds)
too i want this to have a config and

Ideas for commands: /setwarp [warpname] [worldname]
/delwarp [warpname] [worldname]
/warp [warpname] {only warps for that world}

Ideas for permissions: warpsperworld.setwarp
warpsperworld.delwarp
warpsperworld.warp.[warpname]

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible.
