WarpGUI Plugin for 1.13.2

Minecraft version: 1.13.2
Suggested name: Something along the terms of WarpGUI or GUIWarp?

What I want: I want a plugin that is easy to configure that uses EssentialsX warps in a GUI format. In the GUI itself, I would like having a "No Access" block if a user doesn't have access to the warp and a "Warp *name of warp* if they do have access. I would like the warps to tie in with EssentialsX in permissions. This would really benefit Prison servers that have those little warps (A - Z warps + VIP rank warp) and want it to look half-decent.

Ideas for commands:
/warpgui block (block/ore)
/warpgui lore (lore)

Ideas for permissions: Accessible to OP only, please!
