[WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port?

I have this error if i start my server, and it always say the same.
I tryed many ways and didn't works.
Plz help me!!!

this is everything i have if a start my server :

and here is somethings i tryed :

- I tryed restart the server without the server ip in the server.properties.
- I restarted my computer.
- I tryed task manager
- I looked many things on google.
- And many other things.

I hope that someone can help me.

Nice try and all, but everyone can see your last post with online-mode=false. I highly doubt you actually changed it.
