[WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server o verloaded? Please help!

    i keep getting this error and my computer specs are windows 7 home premium 6 gigs ddr3 ram 500 gig harddrive 3.1 ghz amd anthlon 2 x2 cpu 512mb 128 bit video card 650 watss power supply

    if this helps this is in my run notepad

    Every server has this problem, just get the "obuShutTheHellUp" plugin to remove the messages.

    it also getss very laggy though is another thing i want gone and ik my pc is strong enough or should i just go and get a 100 percent server pc that pours all my ram into the server
