Plugin category: I don't know. Suggested name: UsuallyDaylight What I want: I want to be able to use a PPC for LAN parties. The only problem is that torches generate skylight, rather than torchlight, so I want to keep skylight as "sun/day" as much as possible. Specifically, I want the server to stay in "daylight" mode unless I tell it to cycle normally. I still want to be able to use beds to reset spawn points (while underground in caves). (The idea here is to go caving. The PPC works just fine if C (F3 display) stays in the 30-60 range, and for "short" in caves, that works fine. Since we'll be torching, the lighting will work.) Ideas for commands: Day only (run from about 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, and then switch to 6:30 am again.) Normal time Night only (for completeness) Fixed-twilight (Always mid-sunset, light level 10 outside) Fixed-noon Fixed-midnight (these last two remove the sense of direction) Alright, I admit it: the last three came from MystCraft .
