Wand plugin

Name : Magic Wand
Version : 1.7.10 spigot / 1.8 spigot

Needed : I need a plugin that when you enchant a stick with example Sharpness I or Flame I you get a different spell
- Sharpness 1 = All Enemies near you will get struck by lightning {10 blocks}
- Flame 1 = When you target at something and right click, Meteor will come down with a ball of fire particles and explode when hitting the ground

Others : Can someone make a config aswell so i can configure whether meteor will do block damage and how far the range of the lightning one.

Idea for Commands : /wand info

Idea for Permissions : magicwand.permission

When i'd like it : 1 Week 1 day or anything works

It has nothing to do with the fact that you cant code or that I would hate you.
You simply posted in the wrong section and I moved it to the appropriate one.
