Filled void tp plugin.

    So in this plugin I want when u fell in the void u get tp to spawn and for different world I want different permissions eg: for world name: hi (I want permission voidtp.hi) and wold name: hello (I want permission voidtp.hello).

    also i can disable it and enable on different worlds
