   Anybody know any plugin that makes the player returns to the nearest block to jump into the void?
   
   or maybe one plugin that makes the player dies by the last player to beat him rather than die by void.

   @M4T14SG4M3R WorldGuard has an option for void damage that you can use, then they will be teleported to a safe place when taking void damage.
