   I know how to work the economy hook-ins in vault
   but how would I work this:

   perms.groupAdd(world, group, permission); 
   

   meaning, if i wanted to rank a player up to member, what would i put there?

   Are you doing a, like, custom permissions feature or something? Shouldn't you just check if the specified player has the specified permission?
