Filled Varo Plugin

Hallo Community,
Ich möchte mit meinen Freunden Varo spielen und haben einen Server erstellt und schon die wichtigsten Plugins darauf doch ich brauche noch eins für den Start das ein Countdown runter zählt und die 22 Personen solange nichts abbauen und nicht laufen können. Und der Op soll es mit einem Command starten können. Vielleicht kann mir ja jmd ein Plugin programmieren weil ich leider keine Ahnung habe wie man so etwas programmiert.

Hey guys,
I'd like to play some Varo with my friends and I already have a server as well as the needed plugins for that. However I still need one in order to start the countdown. As long as the countdown is running, noone should be able to break blocks nor should they be able to move at all. But an Operator must be able to start the countdown using a command. Maybe someone here can make me such a plugin since I have no idea how to code something like that.
I appreciate every reply.

DOWNLOAD

Commands:
/varo start - Starts the countdown - Everyone gets freezed during this time
/varo stop - Cancels the countdown
/varo cd <number> - Edit the countdown time

Permissions:
varo.* - Just use this permission to have access to every command. OPs do have access automatically
