Filled Vampire Add on Plugin

I want a add on plugin for the MassiveCore Vampire plugin. This plugin will tell the player they have killed a vampire, it will also give them money. When a vampire is killed by a player it will turn back to a human.
I would like the plugin to be fully customizable, so I can change the messages and the amount of money you
get when killing a vampire. Also, if you feel that their should be other things, feel free to add them!
(If you do add things please make them able to be disabled and enabled)
