   Hi,
   I am a developer and am stuck with sending a title to 1.8 users. I have been stuck with this for a while and cannot figure out how to do it. I don't want to use a library until a absolutely have to.

   the current API that I use does not have /title registered. If it had that, I would have not created this thread.
