Is there any plugin that sets a time limit on how often a player can relog? I would really like this, as everytime a player rejoins the server they have to redownload the terrain, and with a bunch of people doing it at once, it'll cause some lag. If there isn't a plugin already, can someone develope one? I'll be willing to donate for the time in doing the plugin as well.
