   So basically I need to add the shine of enchant effect to an item without the adding enchantments. So basically I don't want it to have some weird enchantment on it and the lore that the enchantment adds
   If someone could please help it would be greatly appreciated!
   
   
   A good example of this would be with a nether star, it shines but doesn't have the enchantment on it
