Upgrade server 1.7.9. to 1.8.x

Hey guys,

At the moment I use craftbukkit 1.7.9 and permissionsEX for my server. I really want to upgrade to 1.8.x (I guess 1.8.7 is the latest version at the moment) but I have absolutely no idea how I can update. I saw that craftbukkit isn't doing 1.8.x anymore so is it still possible to upgrade and to use permissionsEX?

Couldn't be easier to update. Instructions to run BuildTools.jar are on spigotmc.org. Check it out.

Drop in your new craftbukkit.jar, make sure your plugins that have been updated to support 1.8+ have been updated.
