Updating Config With New Paths and Comments?

    How can I automatically update my plugin's config file with new paths and comments?

    Right now my config is created from the resource that is in my jar, and I know that I can make my plugin check for and add missing paths when my plugin is enabled. However, I don't know how I would add comments to go with the missing paths.
