update two current plugins

    The plugins are owned by the same author however he doesn't respond on the pages and has not updatedd them in a while even though there has been issues for a while. I really need the no fall damage aspect of this plugin as it parts an important role in many of my server which have had to be delayed getting updated.

    timeframe:
    when ever but faster = better.

    Worldguard changed a lot though, and this ( surprise ) depends on worldguard
